Rancour
After losing his wife in a horrible crime, Viktor, a cop, is being stalked by the killer who is hell-bent on righting what he perceives as a wrong done unto him by Viktor.
Dealing with the grief of losing the love of his life is hard enough, but that’s not enough for the killer, who is striving to drive Viktor to insanity.
“Rancour” is a short thriller. Written & directed by Marc Oberdorfer, an award winning filmmaker based in Hong Kong and staring Monty Lo, Bowman Quock, Nick Ford, Sarah Grimmer, Rodney Wong, and appearances by Mike Powers, Sharon Yuen, and Philippe Joly.

Created for the 2020 48 Hour Film Project, Shanghai devision, “8 Hours” is a short comedy about the strugles of making a TV drama where anything that can go wrong does go wrong.
Written and directed by Marc Oberdorfer, “8 Hours” stars Monty Lo, Lucia Lam, and Jessica Likens, and special guest appearance by Basel Kirmani.
“8 Hours” was nominated for “Best Film” and “Best Directing” among other nominations and eventually won “Best Sound” and a special “Scene Stealer” award in the 2020 48 Hour Film Project.
